Submitting your CV

When you submit your CV via this website or by any other method this does not mean you have registered as a candidate with The HR Talent Pool. All you are doing is indicating that you are interested in a particular job advertised on this web site or in the newspapers or that you are considering changing jobs or taking up interim work.

In most cases we will reply by e-mail to your enquiry. If we feel that your skills may be suitable we will ask you to come into our office for a face-to-face interview. We will not re-format your CV, however we may need to adjust it to allow us to present it to clients. The HR Talent Pool logo will be added to the top of the page to identify The HR Talent Pool to clients.

Declaration and Permissions

As normal practice we will brief you about a vacancy/company before sending your CV to our clients. The HR Talent Pool will not submit your CV to any third party without your prior consent.

Whenever you update your CV you should inform the consultant dealing with your application and resend a copy of the updated CV. We are reliant on you supplying us with factual and accurate information about you, your experience and requirements. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any information submitted by you to this web site is true, accurate, up to date and not misleading or likely to mislead or deceive and that it is not discriminatory, obscene, offensive, defamatory or otherwise illegal.

Each Temporary assignment or Permanent placement arising as a result of an introduction made by The HR Talent Pool will be subject to our standard Terms of Business (Permanent and Interim Staff). All prospective employers and clients companies for whom we arrange assignments or placements will be provided with a copy of our Terms of Business for Permanent and Interim staff. If you require a copy of our Terms of Business you can contact The HR Talent Pool where we will be happy to send you our Terms.

Your Computer System

The HR Talent Pool accepts no responsibility or liability for any information you have down loaded on to your computer system
